We had a pleasant stay with other travellers.

It was reasonably priced. The staff were both highly courteous and responsive. The room I got was well decorated with all necessary conveniences and all `` nice '' tables.

My room included air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a kettle. Had great location near the market, quite a walk from Les Hautes Promenades.

Good and unbeatable location for my weekend. Freshly cooked and varied breakfast with wine or champagne and good options, as for instance, reasonably priced. Extremely friendly and excellent employees with nice manners.

The rooms are neat with airco with vieuw, and the location is magnificent very close to downtown.

We really enjoyed to be here for a weekend and would go back in flash. Everything was very good, it had good wifi, no complaints whatsoever.

Really enjoyed that the hotel was pleasant and had very welcoming and pleasant staff on the Reception desk. My room with well-maintained fittings, convenient sockets, double glazed windows was spotless and functional.

The room was spotless and it had a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets, that's cool. The staff were pleasant and check-in was early. The location was marvellous and easy, near the market, in the shopping area.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and address our needs. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with key attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for our New Year's getaway.

The language barrier. While the staff made an effort to communicate in English, it was not always easy to understand each other.

The offered breakfast was fresh and rich and included a huge variety of options. Location: the hotel was next to the local tramway, the main pedestrian area and an excellent nearby restaurant where the dog was also made welcome.

Easy, magnificent location near the tram. For shots visit La Brasserie du Boulingrin, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Excellent warm welcome from the staff. they were very nice and helpful to make the trip a memorable one and attended to each and every issue we had. its located in city centre and easily accessible.

the hotel is a bit old and need to be refurbished. the room had a smell of moisture as if it was not well aerated. The staff tried their best to remove the smell, but it didnt go.The rooms are too tight for 2 people to stay. The rest was ok.
